I used to have this style of jersey that was, ironically enough, prepared for JT Miller, during all of the trade rumors that he might join the Avs. That jersey had a nameplate on it but no numbers. I had the nameplate removed and re-customized the jersey as Logan O’Connor. It’s one of the few jerseys I’ve sold that I definitely regret letting go of.

This jersey popped up on eBay from Pond of Dreams, who used to have a contract with the Avs to sell their game-worn equipment. This listing, along with a Cale Makar Salute to Service jersey, had been up for quite some time, and I’d had my eye on them from the beginning. From my understanding, both jerseys were extras that were prepared by the team, and not any of the Salute to Service jerseys that were auctioned by KSC. Between some eBay offers, I finally got the price to a point that I was somewhat comfortable with and pulled the trigger on it!
