Zach Berzolla #3

I picked this Zach Berzolla Florida Everblades jersey up off of Dash, the team auction site, which was the first Berzolla jersey I’d seen! This jersey was worn during the 2024 Kelly Cup Finals which the Everblades won, for their third straight Kelly Cup!

Berzolla, or Godzilla, as I liked to call him played for the Colorado College Tigers from the 2017-18 season through the 2020-21 season. I had season tickets for the CC Tigers for his first two years at CC. To cap off the 2018-19 season, CC won back the Gold Pan Trophy from long-time rival DU for the first time since 2014! At the very bottom of this page, I’ve included some photos of Berzolla celebrating on-ice with his CC teammates!

After graduating from CC in 2020-21, Zach continued to play hockey that season and played 15 games for the Florida Everblades. In 2021-22, Zach played 51 games for the Jacksonville Icemen (ECHL) before getting an 8-game call-up to the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). In 2022-23, he played 56 games for the Cincinnati Cyclones (ECHL) before joining the Rochester Americans (AHL) for four games. Finally, in the 2023-24 season, Zach played 7 games for the Cincinnati Cyclones, before a 17-game stint with the Hartford Wolf Pack before finally returning to the Everblades for 6 regular season games and 23 playoff games!
